We are hiring for two key roles within our manufacturing team. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to quality, one of these positions may be right for you.
Laser Operator
Pay Range: $18–$25/hour, based on experience
Location: East Lynn, IL
In this role, you’ll support the precision cutting process that’s central to our fabrication operations. You’ll be responsible for:
- Programming machine nests
- Preparing steel for loading and unloading
- Operating and monitoring laser equipment
- Conducting preventive maintenance
- Ensuring quality and consistency in finished components
This position is ideal for individuals with experience in machine operation and a strong attention to detail.
General Laborer
Pay Range: $17–$19/hour, based on experience
Location: East Lynn, IL
This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations in our facility. Applicants should:
- Be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate basic arithmetic skills
- Follow dress and safety standards for a manufacturing environment
